Healing Nature Immersion
Join us for transformative experiences in nature that awaken your senses and promote mindfulness, stress reduction, and overall well-being.

Guided by a certified practitioner, participants are led through a series of gentle invitations—such as noticing the texture of bark, listening to birdsong, or breathing in the earthy scent of the forest floor.
You will learn how to interact in a more dynamic way with the natural environment through all the senses, as well as tuning into a deeper heart communication with the forest and yourself.
Immersion in the healing rhythms of nature therapy nurtures the mind, body, and spirit. Discover peace and re-awaken a sense of wonder through connecting with the natural world on a different level!
Modern life is increasingly stressful and fragmented. People the world over are finding the healing power of re-engaging in relationship with the forest through “Healing Nature Walks”, also known as "Forest Bathing" or "Nature Therapy".
Unlike a typical hike, Nature Immersion is not about distance or destination. It’s about Presence.
Numerous studies demonstrate that this approach restores mental and emotional health, lowers stress, and leaves participants feeling more in tune with themselves and their world.


Nature Immersion Walks
Guided Tours are held every Friday and Saturday from 9:00 am-11:15 am, and Sundays from 2:00 pm-4:30 pm.
Hikes are slow-paced and easy. Bring comfortable walking shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, bug spray, and a bottle of water. Click on the button below to check availability and find out more information!

Kenton served for seven years as a Wilderness Camp/Adventure Program Manager & Outdoor Education teacher.
