About the event
Bring along good walking shoes and bug spray. Please be at the location 5-10 minutes early (directions will be emailed) so we can get started right on time! We will start off with short introductions and an overview of how this movement got started, and the science behind the benefits. But this will be about making a heart connection with the forest!
We will end with tea and snacks to nibble on.
